1. Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking details when available.

• During peak seasons, processing times may be longer.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

• We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping may be added in the future.)

• Shipping is a flat $4.95 fee. Orders over $35 get FREE shipping.

• Standard shipping is typically provided through USPS.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: approximately 5 business days after processing

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

• If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
